Where there is more than one object, an estate to settle or an owner who cannot run the process themselves, we take the file on mandate and act as agent for the seller.
The mandate

Valuation
A written range per object, and a view on which pieces should be sold singly and which as a group.
Route to market
Private sale, sealed-bid auction, or a dealer sale where speed matters more than price. We set out the trade-offs.

Storage, insurance while in custody, transport, customs where the buyer is abroad, and the payment paperwork.
Estates and collections
A whole household, handled in an order.
An inheritance rarely comes as one object. It comes as a flat, a cellar, a set of drawers and a set of questions. We catalogue what is there, separate what is worth selling from what is not, and deal with both properly.
Where several heirs are involved, we report to one appointed contact and keep the record in writing, so that nobody has to reconstruct a conversation later.
Objects that no one will buy are disposed of through the correct channel rather than left to the family to resolve.

Boundaries
What we are not.
FastNass Solutions is a commercial agent for private sales. It is not an auction house, not a bank, and not a licensed financial intermediary.
Where an object or a transaction needs an authorisation we do not hold, we say so at the start and, where it helps, introduce the party who does hold it. Nothing is placed with a buyer on terms we cannot stand behind in writing.
