Why one partner
A file is a confidence, and confidences do not travel well.
The larger the firm, the more people see the inventory. Here the file sits with one person, and the few specialists we bring in are named to you before they are asked.
It also means we take on a limited number of mandates at a time. When the calendar is full we say so rather than passing your objects to a junior.

How we work
Four rules we do not bend.
They are short because they are meant to be checkable.
Fees before work
Commission and expenses are agreed in the mandate. There is no invoice you did not see coming.
One record
Offers, buyers, payments and dates are written down and sent to you as they happen.
We say when it is not for us
If an object needs a specialist, a licence or a different market, we say so and point you to it.
Confidentiality
What we hold, and for how long.
Inventories, valuations, photographs and buyer briefs are held on file for the purpose of the mandate and nothing else. They are not sold, not shared with a portal, and not used to market anything to you.
Records are kept for ten years as Swiss accounting practice requires. After that they are destroyed. You can ask for a copy of your file at any time and you receive it.
